This Innovation Center/Post Office hybrid tailors to local artist of this culture rich melting pot. Miami is not just home to Art Basel, the streets of Liberty City, Wynwood, and The Design District are home to crazy talented graffiti artist. This Innovation Center is made for artist of all trades to call home and brainstorm their next muse. The first level contains the facilities to the Innovation Center along with a loading dock for the Post Office and a public green space for locals to enjoy. The second level is the main level, blank concrete walls are available to the minds of local artist to do with them as they please. Finally, the upper level is reserved for the post office, the lowest of the two is for consumers and the top level is restricted to employees only.
