Design 6
The idea behind this design is inspired by systems and vertical elements. At first glance one can observe the wooden façade of vertical boards that wrap the entirety of the structure. Inside the ADU the structure is decorated in functional walls in which furniture such as a multi-use table that folds out from under the large North facing window followed by matching stackable chairs the stow away neatly next to the refrigerator in order to make proper use of the limed space. On the second floor there is a library that doubles as a second bedroom. In addition, the main bedroom is accessible through the library or by a latter that is placed on a rail system. In between both rooms, there is a courtyard-like balcony for fresh air. Lastly the garage doubles as a workspace when not occupied by a car.
